Katherine is a registered psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia and a member of the Australian Psychological Society
Katherine completed her Psychology Masters course at Monash University achieving First Class Honours Anthropology and a High Distinction average for her Psychology Masters program.

Katherine has been a registered Psychologist for 19 years and has worked at a leading tertiary institution and private practice in both Brisbane and Melbourne.
Katherine has developed and facilitated a number of different workshops (e.g. stress management, anger management and motivation) and group therapy sessions (e.g. depression, social anxiety).
She has worked as a supervisor, supervising psychology students as a component of their Masters course. Katherine has had a wealth of experience across many different issues and has worked with people from diverse backgrounds.
Katherine utilises a broad range of evidenced-based techniques and strategies including: client centered therapy, polyvagal theory, attachment theory, cognitive-behavioural therapy, neuropsychology, mindfulness, EMDR and solution focused therapy. This ensures Katherine has the individual client and their needs as the focus of her therapeutic approach.
